With all the talk of lowered heels, one would think that exaggerated high heels would be few and far between. Obviously that's not the case based on my findings. As we all know, there are some outfits which are actully made better by the addition of just the right heel. Whether casual, kooky, or made for the perfect little black dress, there's a little something for everyone.
