Featured are items which the editor's at ELLE magazine state are spring essentials. As I review "the list," I'm reminded that I need to update my trench....I'll probably opt for something colorful. While I love the idea of a crisp white dress, I usually shy away from them due to their transparency and the SPOT FACTOR. Additionally, I not a baseball hat person.
